"It was not the best when we arrived the staff was not very friendly and I felt like I was bothering them. I said hello to a lot of staff who completely ignored me it was uncomfortable and our room had toenail clippings it was a less then desirable experience, before you book here look somewhere else."

"There was a medium size cockroach inside the bathing tub and it was very stubborn to get rid of it. The front office lady blabbered something in her own accent was very hard to follow. Good thing is it's nearer to the airport and restaurants. "

This was due to the elevators not connecting to all areas of the resort, the tram running very sporadically, and the canal boats being out of order. Also, the pool area offered very little natural shade and there were no umbrellas. There were a ridiculous amount of blue lounges w/ canopies, but they were only available to rent for an additional $150/day. Not...
