"A little outdated and in need of a little TLC, basic but clean and comfortable. While it's not on the doorstep of Heathrow, it’s an airport hotel and as such should be prepared for guests arriving at all hours. Got there shortly before midnight. Nice friendly receptionist but when I asked about the bar, I was told everything was closed (apart from special service for flight crew) but could order an Uber Eats. I assumed there would be a vending machine or at least a bottle of water in my room...

"From the start of my stay, from when I walked inside the door, I was made to feel very welcomed (by Romeo the clerk, ) he gave outstanding service a credit to the Hotel. Dinner was really lovely, excellent service and food , the room to a high standard. The reception staff also really helped me out with a problem I had to resolve regarding my plane booking, again outstanding service. "
