Dinner was really lovely, excellent service and food , the room to a high standard. "A little outdated and in need of a little TLC, basic but clean and comfortable. While it's not on the doorstep of Heathrow, it’s an airport hotel and as such should be prepared for guests arriving at all hours. Got there shortly before midnight. Nice friendly receptionist but when I asked about the bar, I was told everything was closed (apart from special service for flight crew) but could order an Uber Eats. I assumed there would be a vending machine or at least a bottle of water in my room...

"Excellent Service. From the moment booking was made, I had excellent communication with the staff, quick response. My late checkout request was granted. Guest House was fantastic, good security and easy to access with access right. It has lovely garden, range of rooms - some are shared bathroom at budget price & others are en-suite. "The property is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The area is not good at all. The property is very run down. The pictures must be from many years ago. The towels are poor quality. Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "
