"My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. "The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double.
