Afternoon- night and day front desk, housekeeping were helpful and friendly, nice decor through out, spacious rooms and breakfast area. Comfortable beds in large room and bathroom. Usual holiday inn breakfast was good. Location is convenient to downtown amenities.

Actually it was Hotels.com that I had the problem with. Booked five rooms and the hotel told me I had been charged for eight. Meant an extra hour at the desk when we arrived at 11pm. Pretty over the hassle of hotels.com not handling their business and having no real tech support. Your text bank wherever ...

Our stay was great loved the customer service specially breakfast. Lori was very accommodating, super professional, kind, and efficient. I would go back to this hotel base on her work ethic.
