"We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. "I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. "

"We were told upon arrival that the hotel was without air conditioning and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We should have taken that as our chance to change hotels. The room was comfortable at first but got warmer through the afternoon evening. No fans were available when we checked later in the evening.
