"The hotel is above a pub. The pub food is good and economical compared to many other restaurants and pubs in the area.
Our room, 101, was spacious with two windows. It had high ceilings and its own bathroom and shower. There was comfortable single sofa chair, and desk and chair."

"Tired room. Minimal but some noise. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast only but at 9:00 on weekends causing my journey to be delayed
Pay parking in car park across the road. Free from 17:00-09:00 which conflicts with timing for breakfast"

"Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot.
The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.
Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed.
Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back."

"Staff generally very supportive and welcoming. Very good breakfast selection and quality with prompt service. Rooms well serviced and comfortable but can be hot with afternoon sun and external noise limits ability to have windows open. "

"Decorating is very tired. Door handle not working. Requires key to lock door.
Adequate products in room. Hard pillows. Bed was ok.
TV remote not working despite changing batteries.
Very good food and breakfast"
