"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. "Wunderschöner Ort und sehr nah gelegen für viele Viewpoints/attractions (Parks, Hikes, Wasserfälle, Zoos, Le Morne, etc). Viele inkludierte Activities direkt vom Resort aus (Snorkling, Glass Bottom Boat, etc). Man kann auch Scuba Diving gehen ganz in der Nähe, wunderschön! Super Aussicht direkt aus dem Zimmer! Das Personal war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Besonders Muzammil in den Restaurants! Außerdem hatten wir hatten ein Problem während unseres Aufenthaltes und Jarvin (Manager on duty)...
