"Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. "I booked a couple of rooms for my family and my parents who were visiting Niagara Falls with us. I booked this hotel simply because the hotels near the falls were atrociously priced and I didn’t want to stay in USA and spend my money there. I was pleasantly surprised, it was convenient, and it totally made sense for parking and a great free breakfast as well saved a couple of 100 bucks for us total. Excellently kept hotel, totally worth the price I paid."

"Location was good. Staff were very accommodating. While attending the event I was in town for, I tore my Achilles tendon. As a result, my mobility was severely hindered. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for room service as was the checkout process when they sendt a staff member to my room to load my bags and meet me around front when I drove my vehicle for checkout. Greatly appreciated."

"The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member."

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

"The room had a beautiful nautical theme with beautiful shelves cubbies and a lovely wide large picture of the ocean. Unfortunately the air conditioning only works for 55 to 60 seconds then it would shut off every few minutes. Just provided for a bad night of sleep Rexburg not much sleep. The water park was great the guards were professional but chill. It sure would be nice if the hotel were to provide some compensation for this night."
