"Our room was spacious and spotless! We had tons of towels and pillows plus a comfortable bed. The room may have been a little dated and some people may have wished for a few more outlets or charging ports but we had absolutely everything we needed! The elevators were fast and plentiful so we never had a wait. The location was perfect for walking to theaters. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Incredibly friendly staff. Building is old and it shows even with cheap renovations. Toilet clogged easily. Sink wouldn’t stop dripping. Uneven floors under cheap vinyl planks, different color bulbs in ceiling (daylight bluish white vs yellow). That said, the property has a lot of character, the location is great, the friendly staff, and the price make it worth staying. Would recommend on a budget. "

"The manager, Joe, was very kind and helpful during our stay. Our first room was not in the best condition, probably because the hotel had only reopened a few days after renovation. Joe quickly helped us find a new room, which we really appreciated. The street outside was not the cleanest and there were some homeless people nearby, but that is also part of the New York City experience. The location is very convenient, especially since the hotel is very close to Times Square. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the helpful service."
