"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, (beds, linens and towels) but the rug on the floor had a couple of stains. The window curtains need to be replaced. The inside (the side that faces the window) was old so when you brushed up against the curtain you ended up with white powder dust all over your clothes. Of course, you only touched the inside of the curtain when you came in from the outside patio. The colors in the room were nice and bright but didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the...

"Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est agréable, plutôt propre et bénéficie d’un emplacement central, particulièrement pratique pour visiter New York. Nous avons également apprécié la mise à disposition du café à l’accueil. Cependant, plusieurs désagréments ont quelque peu terni notre expérience. "Great staff, quiet rooms. Location was perfect for our visit."

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"Excellent location,"

"Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic."

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."

"We stayed at Pod 39 for two nights. It is centrally located, grand central station it's about 3-4 blocks away, and it was easy to get around. The room was small but it was clean"
