"Not the cleanest room but staff was able to let us check in early which was nice. Wouldn’t pay extra for a window unless you choose the room bc we got a view of the building next door. Ac shuts off when you leave so every time you get back the room is hot and stuffy"

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities. "Hotel was in an ideal location to explore Tower Of London area, right beside Tower Hill tube station. Loved the rooftop bar and the social area downstairs. Plenty of amenities in room including a good hairdryer. We paid more for a higher floor which worked out well. Would stay again"
