"We needed to book a hotel for my grandson’s wrestling tournament. I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub since I was looking forward to a little R&R myself. This was the ONLY one I could find with a hot tub. It cost about $40 more than all the other local hotels but I was ok with that since they had a hot tub. Upon checking in they told us it was BROKEN 😳 I definitely would have booked a hotel at one of the cheaper hotels had I known. I felt a discount of some sort was in order but since I booked it through hotels.com they said I’d need to take it up with them. Which I did and received a voucher for $50 off my next booking.
The staff was nice and the room was adequate and the breakfast was good. The pool was nice and which was a consolation to having no hot tub. My only complaint was the broken hut tub. "
"The breakfast was amazing and had so many selections. Parking was a little bit confusing but the staff was incredibly helpful with everything we needed! "
"Staff was great but it was hockey season and the place was slammed with loud kids - the walls are pretty thin and was very noisy in that dept. Pay attention to your booking dates if noise is issue otherwise highly recommend, the place is kept in top shape"
"Breakfast only good part if the stay….pool out of order, bubblers were out of order, the ice machine on our floor 1st was out of order…laundry soap vending machine was out of order…..also in our room the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the toilet seat was round when the toilet was oval…property just seemed very poor maintenance and for the price we paid, could use the pool, etc…no accommodation for these problems was even offered…."
"Overall the hotel was nice. However it was right by the railroad tracks and trains went by all night. We didn’t sleep the whole time we were there. Staff was nice. Location was terrible. "
"I enjoy staying here when I can. The location is wonderful for me because I own property in the area and it is near places that I enjoy visiting. The breakfast selection is the best in the area as far as continental breakfasts go. You won't be disappointed. "
