"Virtual check in was text after trying to call them. Room was not ready at 3 they said it would be ready after 4 do we delayed our arrival. Elevator did not work and had to carry all luggage up stairs. We’re not made aware of this ahead of time otherwise would have asked for a ground floor room as had to carry all luggage upstairs. "Our stay was just ok. The carpet in our room was wet from the bathroom to the door. Service desk not able to move or provide different accommodations. On the first floor and black out curtains only go halfway. We could see people walking in and out of the building. We would have preferred more privacy with our room near the entrance."

"Property is under renovation - breakfast was disappointing and small due to renovation of kitchen area. The room we had was finished and nice, but the whole floor smelled strongly of construction/wet paint etc. I would have booked a different hotel for the night if I knew construction was underway, and the price was pretty high for the inconvenience."
