"Really enjoyed my hotel stay, when you walk in the lobby smells lovely and the staff are welcoming! I was very happy with my room and the onsen. Staff were also helpful when I was looking for tour recommendations for fishing. I learned currently not the season, but I’ll be back!"

"Very nice little studio with everything you need for a great stay! Kitchenette, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, washer and drier. Very clean and modern!"

"Room is huge and clean. Got the room with 2 double beds and it was fine for my family of 4. Location wise had to walk 10-15 mins to the train/bus station, and it’s a longer walk to reach shopping, food and tourist spots. Onsens were good, breakfast spread is good, no complaints. "

Things do not like: price not include breakfast and the price for breakfast quite expensive 1.700yen/person. There is no telephone in room: I wonder if emergency happended how can I call for help?. Stay here for 3 night but the room never clean up, trash Lego up! Only inđoor Onsen. No air...

"Easy to find. Just a few minutes away. Come out of the station, walk ahead past the information centre, cross the road and walk straight ahead down the street. Walk past the 7 Bank and turn left. Hotel is on your right. We received such a warm welcome. We stayed 3 nights. The room was a reasonable size and we could put both cases open on the floor. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "

"The property was well equipped to receive us and was clean. It was easy to access the property, do the check in and use different house appliances. It’s 15 min waking distance from the station and 15-20 min to some touristic spots Overall a good experience "

"Lovely onsen, with a sauna and an outdoor garden bath. Very friendly and dedicated staff, with limited English but no communication difficulties. It's a bit far from the action in Takayama old town, but there are some superb restaurants nearby."
