"Everything was wonderful"

"I liked this motel. The guy at desk on April 19th 7pm was so nice, helpful and friendly. The pool was great very warm. It closed at midnight but zero parties or noise issues. The whole place was quiet. I was there Sunday to Thurs after Coachella. Yes it’s an old motel an original PS but if you don’t go in expecting marble, laminate floors, glass showers it great! Sure it got old red carpet but it’s clean. TV, safe, iron, coffee pot, fridge, loud airconditioner but works well. Comfy bed and pillows. I was solo female felt very safe. The grounds are really nice that Tiki vibe is cute and saw people w dogs in the large grassy area. It’s not downtown which is 5 min drive away and airport 10 min. The Reef restaurant onsite was really good. "

"This property failed to meet even basic standards of care and cleanliness. Valet parking is required, and my vehicle was damaged while in their custody on the first day of my stay. Management refused to accept responsibility, declined to provide surveillance footage, and relied on their own internal determination to deny liability. I am now forced to pursue the matter through their insurance. Additionally, we discovered a dried blood stain on the underside of the mattress cover, indicating that bedding was not properly cleaned or replaced between guests. When reported, the response from the front desk was dismissive, and no action was taken until we personally located housekeeping the following day. The lack of accountability, urgency, and sanitation is unacceptable, especially at this price point. "

"The rooms were decorated in a rustic design. Each had its own unique design and we enjoyed our stay in town. Interesting place to visit. Comfortable climate and beautiful views."

"Great location and easy walk to the art museum and Palm Canyon Drive. Large room with a well-stocked kitchen, nice views, and very quiet. This may be my new go-to place to stay in Palm Springs!"
