"Beautiful historic hotel with lots of personality. Nice size bathroom and generous size room with a bathtub. Minor complaint is the pillows need to be refreshed. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. They have some gift items and tasty chocolate bars for sale. Easy to park right around the hotel."

"Just a very clean room but the common areas were a little messy. I blame travelers on that Perhaps the property could do an additional clean up in the halls late afternoon. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in for a long time. Very clean! I loved it."

"We’ve stayed at this location before 2 years ago and the hotel was in much better shape than what it was this time around. Staff has always been friendly, but furniture was stained in the lobby and room. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Wish they would have had better oatmeal and more of a selection. "All staff is so kind and helpful. The Cass restaurant is just a stroll down the beautiful walkway. The wine and food is outstanding. If you want a relaxing, peaceful get away from all the noise of the city this is the place to go,"
