"Terrible experience. If I could provide no stars I would do it. It should not be labeled as a luxury hotel there is nothing luxurious about it. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were denied a late check-out request, which is acceptable it’s not guaranteed. However, the “manger” that was consulted by front desk staff was not even in the office he alleged. As we passed the office and saw no one in the office through the window. Just say we can’t accommodate you and that’s it.
Nonetheless, the carpet, sides of the bed and the bathroom walls had stains. The bathroom wall had red dried stains. Disgusting. Towels had gray stains. The only amenities was a shower cap in a box and one soap. The lotion bottle attached to the wall and shampoo and conditioner attached to walk in the shower. None of the antibacterial stations throughout the hotel were filled.
Hotel is definitely not worth $200+ a night and should not be labeled as luxury. It is not the Intercontinental."
"We arrived to the hotel and we were immediately disappointed. Front desk person was pleasant. but the overall quality of the room and property was poor. The “bridal suite” room we reserved, there was nothing bridal about it. We reserved that room because we wanted a king bed. It was very shabby, bed was hard as rock. We left to go to a local concert. When we got back a few hours later, 2 police cars were outside. 2 police officers were questioning someone right outside the front entrance making it difficult and uncomfortable to pass and enter the hotel. We decided immediately to gather our belongings from the room and check out."
"The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn."
"Me encantó la estadía!!! Fueron muy amables con nosotros, hermosas instalaciones, pudimos hacer kayak, pádel, smores, disfrutamos del lago, la piscina simplemente wow !!
Definitivamente nos verán nuevamente"
"The hotel was different for sure. There isn’t a lake view as the name implies. The room was smaller and the furniture was oversized for the room. There were extension cords for the lights which didn’t seem safe. The hallway lighting was very poor. Jordan was very nice and helpful but I was expecting a slightly more upgraded facility."
