"The motel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the adjoining rooms, but that is probably due to the age of the building. There were some decent options for dinng nearby"

"They give me broken room the 1st night"

"Rooms were okay but common areas need lot of work, especially elevators. One day I asked 3 times about having my room cleaned, it never got cleaned. Tried to call guest services, "0" on the phone but no one answered. The bar and bar tenders were a high point with friendly service."

"Staff members were very helpful. Breakfast was above average thanks to the staff."

"Cleanliness was good and the pillows were comfortable but that’s about the only positive I can share. We arrived late and were placed in a room in a separate building behind the main hotel. Maybe I missed it in the description somewhere, but I didn’t know this was an option. This second building was rundown. I would not have felt safe if it had been just myself and my daughter. There was a parking lot outside the window with no barrier at all; a car could have easily driven right through on to the bed. Bathroom was very dark. Breakfast area was small and the coffee was not good. I have never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before but it was the location we needed. I hope to never have to stay here again."

"We stay here every year because of how great it is and how convenient it is to go to the Strong Museum next door. "

"The Hampton Inn in Penfield provides exceptional service at the front desk, as well as a quiet, comfortable and spacious room. I had to ask the front desk to accept an Amazon delivery for my elderly sister who lives nearby, which they cheerfully did. At the last minute, I had to extend my stay for several days when she was hospitalized. Not only were they able to keep me in the same room, they went out of their way to find a Diet Coke when she was discharged and none were in the cooler. Finally, they were gracious and understanding when I explained that we had accidentally spilled a drink on the sheets and mattress on my last night. The kindness, support and friendliness made a very difficult week significantly easier. That's worth a ton of loyalty!"
