"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too.
