"The room experience was terrible Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working. Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed"

"The staff was certainly nice, the location was very convenient, and the price was quite low for a hotel (which is why I booked it). The only thing cheaper was a motel or something like a Red Roof Inn. So, I went with a hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer. Microtel really wasn't. The building condition was what you'd expect from an $80-$90 a night motel. So, if low price is your main goal, Microtel is about the same as a motel but costs a little more, so might as well book the motel instead."

"Hotels dot com does not publish all of the standard charges that unique locations like this one thrive on. We were blind sided by extra charges at this hotel. The halls smelled musty and the carpets were worn and dirty."
