"Hotel and amenities were great. Location great. My only complaint is they have maybe 20 beach umbrellas for this massive hotel. You have to go on a waiting list to be able to get one for the beach. Other than that, everything was amazing! "

"The property is very well located with the boardwalk a stone’s throw away. There is little or no service. The guest services answered the phone once every ten times you called. There is no room service. There is a nice kitchenette with no paper towel to wipe anything. The pullout bed is absolutely terrible and a punishment to sleep on. There was no linen for it, we had to ask for it later. One of the tvs in one of our two rooms didn’t turn on. All in all you will feel someone built a nice big property and forgot to staff it."
