Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, the restaurant Bond 45 was excellent. The only thing is that I wanted to purchase the hotel tote bag and nobody could tell me where I can purchase it.

Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. ...

The hotel was a nice and clean the bar attached to the hotel could have stayed open but it was closed most of the time we were there. The rooms were nice and cleaned but the furniture could be upgraded the desk had broken drawers.
