"The only problem is the pillows resembled flatbread and the big and very comfortable king bed had just two. They looked lost! Also, the heavy patio doors absolutely shake the building when they close so an early riser wakes up everyone. "No A/C but the room was not hot at all. Very comfortable with the fans in the room. Staff is awesome. They don’t have elevators. So we asked if we could switch the third floor room to the first floor. It was done with no hesitation."
