The staff was very helpful and pleasant and even gave us a $25 gift card to the Italian restaurant (located in the same parking lot). It's within 5-10 minutes of the beaches and right across the street from Walmart, though you'd never know it because Hilton Head leaves the trees alone, hiding most of the buildings and parking lots. The price is cheaper...
