"Had a couple of nights stay at the property for a social event in Derby. Check-in was very easy, as was communication with the host; the property benefits from private secure parking at the rear. "Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut). "

"The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
