"It was such a disaster to book my stay on 31st Dec at this hotel. Me and my friends checked-in to the hotel after tiresome drive. We were extremely hungry and asked for room service, all we heard back is that hotel has fewer guests and room service was cancelled!! We had to walk 1-2km to find food as we were starving.
