"They have a place with a great potential but they could care for it a bit more. For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc.
An extra effort would largely pay for a more comfortable stay."

"A good place to stay for one night en route to Santander. It is very central. The room is small, so we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night. The shower is extremely (too) powerful and flooded the floor.
