"Room was clean and comfortable all staff that we had dealings with were friendly polite and helpful. Food provided for breakfast was also nicely presented tasty and filling. We didn’t use the restaurant for evening meals so can’t comment on those but the menu looked delicious. "

"Lovely hotel for a basic stay. Everything is very clean and staff are incredibly helpful with excellent customer service. Room amenities are basic with a tea/coffee station but no safe or fridge (just fyi). Rooms are small so perfect for solo travelling. Location is right in the centre of main high street (directly opposite the royal theatre). I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast though as not much on offer for those with specific dietary requirements. "

"Lovely clean rooms, staff very warm and welcoming. Staff are very aware of guests needs. You can get spare towels etc from the front desk. Great breakfast and good eveming menu for the hungry traveller. Nice bar area open 24hrs. We had a very comfortable stay and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. Will defintely stay again."
