"The apartment is wonderful, very clean, updated and centrally located. However, the apartments in this complex appear to have very little insolation and, depending on who is staying in the apartment above, it can be quite noisy. "

"Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking to Main Street. Because it is so close to downtown it is a bit noisy in evenings when you open windows to sleep. But it's a trade off to be close to town. No A/C so you have to open windows to keep room cool for sleeping but it does let noise in."

"Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very well maintained and stocked. It was very spacious for the two of us - we could have easily fit 2 more people at least in there. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. The only thing that we had to adjust to was no A/C. In the Colorado mountains, you don't need it but you do need to leave windows open to keep air flowing thru. They did include some fans to help air flow."
