"The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Dining on the property was a fantastic experience. The staff were of average friendliness — nothing remarkable, but not bad either."
