Super friendly staff

The service is good and the room is very comfy and nice. However, for the food wise, in general experience is just ok. The outdoor private onsen with stunning Mountain View and I really enjoyed the stay! Worth for a stay!

It was beautiful. We loved everything about it. The food was great says my boyfriend. I don’t eat sushi or fish lol but what I did have was great. The service is beyond amazing. Everything was perfect. I wish we stayed longer. The plum store is amazing. My advice is if you like it get lol

The food is excellent. The menu is well planned, and the presentation of the dishes is gorgeous. We like the private room setting. The staff is very helpful, despite the language barrier. Inside the property is quiet, and the surrounding area is very peaceful. Right next to a plum winery is a bonus. We had a great time.

One of our rooms has fridge filled with free drinks and the other did not. Why the pettiness. All the ladies serving our dinner and breakfast were genuinely pleasant demeanor which made it a wonderful experience

quite remote area and my rental car GPS fail to find the place via japan mapcode. Room was very clean , immaculate and beautiful despite over 5 years old. The view of the valley from our level two rooms are breathtaking.The main hiccup is that the hotel onsen was not available during our stay. However the smart tv , room balcony onsen n jaccuzi bath make up for their absent. We are not use to the Kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast despite their varieties and beautiful dishes.
