The apartment is impressive from the outside and our room was fine. There is also a cinema so that was quite interesting.

I love that the place was at level 22 with great view and this is a corner unit Cons. Condition of the place was a bit lower than expectation. Towels for client was looking pretty bad. Then microwave filled with water. The wall a bit dirty. Furniture a bit dusty ac at first very slow and filled with dirt. They also take 200k for service fee but wasn't noted before I rent it.

The property was not clean and we were only provided one key, which made it very difficult to enter and exit, since it is required to enter the building, use the elevator, and enter the room. Also there is no A/C in the main room.

DISGUSTING - nothing like advertised!

As someone that doesn't easily feel the need to negatively review accommodation, I feel compelled to share our experience. In short the accommodation is absolutely disgusting. The apartment looks NOTHING like the advertised listing, is it dirty, the host and staff did not respond to our pleas to address the apartment state and the individual that checked us in swore at my wife (via rude hand signal as they can't speak English). There is absolutely no view of any river whatsoever despite that being listed in the room description, the pool photo is of the hotel next door and you need to pay to use that facility and the beds are not king size. I cannot recommend more strongly to avoid this accommodation as it is at best deceiving advertising and at worst borderline fraudulent. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
