"This is a beautiful property with beautiful mountain views loved the stay here and recommend it for families and friends etc"

"The hotel was nice and clean and well located near the Ninh Binh walking area (Ky Lan Mountain and silver pagoda). The staff went above and beyond to help our group of 5 travelers get to locations and book further travel within Viet Nam. We will definitely stay here again when in the Hoa Lu/Ninh Binh area."

"Staff on phones a lot and the the air con kept turning off in our room"

"This hotel/resort is everything we expected. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent, always at hand and friendly. We were due to depart Ninh Binh by the overnight train and, while a late check out wasnt available, the staff managed to find us a shower to use before we departed. Thanks! While staying here, we enjoyed the pool, pool table and dining area but most of all we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of this resort."

"The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour.

"Gorgeous retreat, the ambiance was beautiful and the room was very clean with luxurious amenities! The property had many features that were picturesque. The restaurant breakfast and dinner were great! The host was very friendly and helpful when we had a late check in after a sleeper bus. I will be rebooking this for our next trip in Vietnam!"

"Here was quiet and very peaceful"

"Breakfast was good. Staffs are friendly. I got 2 free sauna for 2 night stay which were great"

"Hotel is under renovations, does not look like pictures- do not book here. Towels are cheap, walls & floor of room iare made from cheap plywood"

"Great place to stay! The views are amazing! The pool is relaxing. The road to the property is narrow; except for that, everything is 10/10"
