A very beautiful hotel, well maintainred, very clean, everything was perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly and all Check-in formalities were completed promptly. The staff was always attentive and contributed greatly to our wonderful stay. We had two massages, really good; and not to forget the rooftop bar, where you had a great view over Tam Coc incl. Sunset. We will come back

BEAUTIFUL Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to check in at 10am after our overnight train rider. Room was stunning and the corner suite of the Hotel. Great pool and dinner was fantastic and Breakfast was even better :D

Excellent hotel, with superb staff. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Food is lovely and breakfast is full and varied suiting all palates. Cant recommend highly enough.

Lovely property and staff

The suite had the wow factor and was very comfortable. The only downside is the property was a pretty long walk along a busy road into the main town so we took advantage of the free bikes and also used taxis

Great hotel and with most accommodating staff. Big clean rooms. Proximity to centre of Tam Com was good and they had free bicycles, which were useful. My only dislike was the bathroom/wet room design which meant there was excessive water. Would I stay again ? Definitely.

This is our third visit to Ninh Binh, but our first stay at the Lalita Boutique Hotel. Wish we had booked this hotel on the last two visits. The hotel and especially the staff were fantastic. The room was large, modern and comfortable. It's a little of a walking distance to the centre of Tam Coc, but an easy walk, plus the benefits of restaurants and coffee shops on the way. You can get the free bikes from the hotel, but we enjoyed the walk. Nearby there are restaurants within five minutes from the hotel. Would I recommend this hotel. It's a definite yes, that is because of the staff, as we could not fault them. We'll done Lalita Boutique Hotel.

Great photos of the amenities but condition is run down and outdated. Faucets rusted, toilet cracked, towel faded, bathroom odor, door broken, urinated odor around the lobby area. This hotel need major maintenance service to keep up the condition. The area is a little bit outside of the city center of Ninh Binh so it is a bit quiet and limited food access. Staffs are super friendly, nice, and willing to help. The breakfast is good and options even if it is a small hotel

Lalita is a very nice property with awesome staff. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and served on the rooftop. Facilities are very nice with pool upstairs, spa and sauna downstairs. The room we had was spacious. When we left, the staff asked us for recommendations to improve and I was struggling at first. Then when we departed, I thought to tell them the water pressure for the shower is a little low and that they could use more American stations on the TV - both minor things. Easy to get Grab (their version of Uber) to go see sites in Tam Coc. We would stay here again.

This property is nice however their “Garden View” room was quite disappointing. The view is actually a shared balcony with other rooms and overlooks a very small area with some plants in it. You cannot see outdoors. The shower is open to the bathroom so when a person showers the entire room gets wet and floor is very slippery. On a positive note the bed and pillows were very comfortable and Sen in the restaurant always gets you with a smile and treats you like family

The restaurant served good food and staffs are veey friendly. The only concern will be the noise from next door. My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. Hopefully the hotel should look into this, maybe the maintenance issue.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd specified in my email prior to arrival that my dad couldn't make it as he was unwell and Jade actually remembered and asked about him when we arrived, something I greatly appreciated and was touched by. The rooms were lovely and a great space to unwind and relax. The staff were helpful in highlighting the different tourist spots we could visit, allowing us to plan the various ways we could spend our time in Ninh Binh. My mum didn't join us on some days, preferring to relax in the hotel and I was delighted to realise that she had a lovely time interacting with and making friends with the staff. Everyone made her feel at home which, in turn, allowed my husband and I to feel at ease when she decided to stay behind. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were great too. The food here is wonderful and I loved that they had pho for breakfast. Had it daily, lol. We also went for massages. Tried the Swedish and Vietnamese massages. Both were different - one relaxing and one energising. Ninh Binh is also a lovely place and I hope I can come back again. If I do, I'll come back to Lalita for sure haha.

Property was lovely and staff were excellent. There were several occasions when we were at the bar and there was no one around to order drinks or food from which was disappointing. The pool water was also a bit grimy

The hotel is a bit far from the center, the walk isn't very pleasant. Especially when it's rainy. Some kind of broadcasting with speaker going on early (5am) and in the afternoon . It's out of the hotel's control but it was noisy. The pool area needs some updates. The breakfast buffet choices were limited in all aspects.

Hotel med betagende udsigt

Fint og velholdt hotel med flot udsigt til bjergene. Se solnedgangen fra tagterrassen. Som for de fleste pools pÄ taget i Vietnam er vandet ret varmt, ikke optimalt for en som mig, der gerne vil afkÞles, nÄr jeg gÄr i poplen. Ligger lidt udenfor Tam Coc, sÄ hvis du vi have et udvalg af restauranter i gÄafstand, er det ikke dette hotel du skal vÊlge. Venligt og hjÊlpsomt personale.
