"Even in an UBER you HAVE to pay to enter the nature reserve whether you are using the park or not, which I had no intentions of doing nor did I have time to. Then upon arrival a very rude reception from both staff and a manager all said EXPEDIA keeps booking guests and changing them however the resort is completely shut down for a private football event.
So after paying for a hotel room, an UBER to & from the airport which was over an hour ride and having to pay$15 to enter the park I STILL had...

"The room was not clean. Kitchenette was fine probably doesn’t get used much and convenient. Bathroom was horrid there was dust on upper cabinet space. Seriously a simple wet rag would take care of that but it looked like ornament been touched in a very long time which concerns me for the rest of the room. I was seriously afraid to sleep in the beds and carpet in the room in a college town is also concerning"

"Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing. When we arrived to our room the door was ajar and a water bottle on nightstand. Pillow cases on inside out. Limited drop off parking. AND…my bill was paid in full on my credit card weeks...
