"The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above. "The suite was excellent—very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the man at the desk was unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome. The following day, the woman at the front desk was rude to the cleaning staff and also unfriendly toward us. The room was great, but the customer service at the front desk definitely needs improvement."

"No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room.
