"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"

Das Personal und die Behandlung können allerdings nur als Zumutung beschrieben werden. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herren nicht etwa freundlich begrüßt, sondern nur lakonisch gefragt, „ob wir die Expedia-Leute“ seien. . Der zweite Satz: Wir hätten viel zu wenig bezahlt - 80 Euro - und wir bekämen kein Frühstück (obwohl wir noch gar nicht danach gefragt...

"De locatie van het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de Rursee, met een groot buitenterras. Als je in het laagseizoen gaat is het heel rustig en is de omgeving perfect geschikt voor mooie wandelingen. Het hotel zelf voelt in de kamers ietwat gedateerd aan, maar het is wel allemaal schoon en alles werkt naar behoren. Het zelfbedieningsrestaurant is goed, maar ook niet meer dan dat.
