"The staff were super-helpful. I saw the note on Expedia that the reception is only open till 8pm but my flight would arrived around 8pm, so I emailed the hotel and they were super helpful. They re-assured me that I would be able to check-in even without anyone at the reception. I did double check on the day of arrival and they even went through the online check-in process with me over the phone.
