"The room was clean and quiet, and the bedroom and bedding were very comfortable. I also appreciated the basket provided for the onsen. It was really useful and made it easy to carry everything around. The only improvement I would suggest is adding better ventilation in the bathroom."

The 1st night dinner was very disappointing then the next morning I went to the front desk use Google Translate to communicate with the staff they do the same to com with me finally "
