BAY HOTEL Urayasu Station

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel! A super short walk to the train station and along the way great restaurants. Under the hotel is a Lawson and a pharmacy right at the corner as you step outside. There’s also a Burger King, McDonald’s as you’re heading to the train station and a bakery right before getting into it. We took a short walk to get the bus to take us to both Disneyland and Disney Sea. Everything was so convenient and accessible it was unbelievable. The staff was so great and ready to help us out and make sure we had everything we needed. Our stay in Japan was an experience we will never forget and we are forever grateful to have been there. Thank you so much Bay Hotel!!!!!!"

"Close to transit...close to Disney parks...many food and shopping options within walking distance. Staff very helpful and the room was large and super clean. Great price for everything you get and location. However...if most of your business or activities are in shinjuku, shibuya, Ueno, etc...the hotel is a good distance and train ride away. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"

"We had easy access to a shuttle for Narita airport. Pick up location was at the hotel next-door. Comfort Suites has their own personal shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea. Pick ups and drop offs morning and evening. There are also a couple of bus stops nearby (5 minute walks) frequently serviced where buses can take you, in 10 minutes, to Shin-Urayasu station connecting you to the Keiyo train line allowing you to get almost anywhere in Tokyo. Even if you missed the hotel’s Disneyland bus in the evening, as one of our adult daughters did one evening, she almost beat the hotel’s bus back via the Keiyo line and these bus routes. There’s a 24 hour Lawson store built into the hotel where you can grab fresh late night food. Hotel’s buffet breakfast had both Western style and Japanese style selections. Plenty of hot water, rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained, Fresh towels daily. There were six of us, parents and four children ages 17 to 25. We had two rooms next to each and each room there were two large double beds and one twin. Comfortable desk to plan your adventures. Separate toilet area. Front desk and everyone there were extremely helpful. They received our luggage from Kyoto with care before we arrived and carefully stored our luggage a few hours after we checked out while we did last minute exploration of the city. We spent 3 weeks in Japan and our last 9 days were at this hotel. Would we go back to this hotel? Absolutely and would recommend it to anyone!"

"We stayed here primarily to visit Disney so in that respect it was perfect, free buses run throughout the day to and from on a regular basis and unlike America they don’t drop you miles away from the entrance either. There are trains to Tokyo central but they involve several changes. The room had two small double beds, a separate Japanese toilet and the most fantastic bath, shorter and deeper than the UK and always plenty of hot water. There are pyjamas provided and guests wear them throughout the hotel but as average sized Brits they were a bit on the small side. There is a shower but I didn’t use it as the room seems to be a wet room but I didn’t want to flood the place 😬. Small fridge and safe in room. There is a 7-11 on site but the seating area outside was closed every time we visited. You can get the free bus to Disney and walk to the “Downtown” area where there are shops and restaurants. Breakfast was interesting, all the usuals Candy floss, cold Brussels sprouts, Melon Fanta and chocolate fountain also many Japanese specialties. You can get the bus to Disney and then pick up a bus to the airport but we had over 90 kilos of baggage so got a taxi."
