Good hotel if you plan on going to Disney. Comfortable and clean. Hotel has a shuttle with pickup and drop off from hotel to Mahaima station, which was quite convenient. Hotel is located in an industrial type area, with limited dining options in the immediate area. There are more dining options about 15 minute walk away. If not using a shuttle, the walk to Disney is about 35-40 minutes, and the subway station is ~25.

The staff is wonderful and good service… they provide a bus to Disney or Disney sea. You are staying away from tourists more locals … you have a supermarket that has a McDonald and 7 eleven is also less than 10 min away. Great location for peace and quiet environment.

Loved this hotel!! From the free amenities that were offered everyday to the free nightly ochazuke, this hotel has it all! Staff was so friendly and helpful, loved the shuttle to Disneyland, and it was just all around a great property. I would highly recommend!!

The whole staff were amazing and so friendly. The restaurant staff, front desk and bus driver were the most efficient and friendly that I have experienced. I was so amazed at the place and recommended it highly.

Great Hotel, Amazing Experience

We loved this hotel. Everything was very clean and the list of included ameinities was endless. So grateful that their team was able ot ship a Disney souvenier we had forgotten to Kyoto for us. Location is a little far form the Disney parks but the shuttle and proximity to a grocery store and conbini made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved hotel Hiyori! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I accidentally booked the wrong checkout date and they were very accommodating and allowed me to book the last night on the spot. Having the free shuttle to Disneyland and Maihama Station was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the guest gifts and its so nice that there's a foot/calf massager in the rooms. It is very much appreciated after walking all day at Tokyo Disneyland. We also really liked the evening rice over soup that the hotel gave out for free. We'll come back to Hiyori and highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers.

Loved that this hotel has a shuttle that takes you to JR Station Maihama. We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Disney parks and it was super nice that we had the hotel shuttle as an option. There aren’t that many places to eat next to the hotel but everything is relatively close either walking distance or train/bus.
