"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was spotless with all amenities listed. The bathroom was pristine with fluffy, huge towels. The room was also very quiet. "

The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. There were also black areas on the edges of the shower curtain as if a mechanic with greasy hands had handled it. I wiped off a spot of dried blood from the wall where the toilet paper was hanging. The property could certainly use some TLC. I'm thankful to have been able to stay there seeing that everything in Ladysmith was booked up."
