"Jag blev positivt överraskad av den vänliga personalens bemötande när jag efter en olyckshändelse beroende på en toalett som läkte ut vatten på golvet under natten när jag gick in under natten upptäckte jag det inte och halkade och föll,inte så allvarligt tyckte jag men när jag berättade för den trevliga personalen i receptionen så blev jag glatt överraskad när de lovade att ge mig 1 natt gratis som kompensation. Det kallar jag bra kundbemötande. Förutom den dåliga toaletten var rummet bekvämt...
