"Love this hotel - it’s my favorite"

"Where to begin? The room was extremely tired and the cleanliness was poor. There were: people’s pubes on the sheets, one of the towels had old black gum stuck to it, hairs in the bath, there was a suspicious brown drip stain underneath the toilet roll holder. I was in a non smoking room and it stank of stale smoke (presumably because the carpet was about 25 years old). The bathroom had black mould growing on the silicon. but i can’t blame the cleaners for giving up. There’s only so much polishing of a turd you can do. "

"No breakfast"

"The reception staff were variable! Guy who checked us in very friendly, however the woman the next morning was very rude & abrupt. Despite having an email to confirm we had booked breakfast she refused saying this was not part of our booking and actually said the other staff were wrong. Her approach to customer service was very poor and would put me off booking the hotel again! The room was clean & well appointed. "

"Really charming staff, but breakfast ordered for the room never arrived. No reply from any of the phone numbers on the internal phone. Good room, but hotel is a little tired for the money."

"Staff were wonderful! Amenities were perfect. Origins has the most wonderful food!"

"No shampoo in the room, the bathroom floor was cracked and the shower was too small, if you drop something, you won’t be able to bend to get it. Hair dryer sometimes turn on by itself and light went off 2 times."
