"Was very happy with my stay here with my son.
The Host met me at the front door and was very accommodating. There are cheap slippers or tooth brushes if you have forgotten them.
Very welcoming warm clean rooms clean Bathrooms and I must say The Host that runs the property was a pleasure to deal with.
The Living area and kitchens are ready for you to cooking and watch a great movie to relax"

"What an excellent property we found!
12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout.
Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone.
No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed.
Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand.
Would definitely return again."

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great!
The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"Great value hotel
Large rooms with kitchenette.
I only stayed one of my two nights
I had read the reviews wrong and thought it was dog friendly which it is not.The wonderful bar restaurant next door is though.
The lymedale bar restaurant next door is wonderful.Fabulous food and friendly folk.
