"The positive: location was great. Right next to the beach. Plus you get 1 umbrella and two beach towels. The hotel is also close to lots of restaurants. The Hollywood boardwalk is very nice. The adult pool was great to get away from the crowd. The room had fantastic bed. The negative: There were lots of guests. I felt overwhelmed sometimes. Long lines at the coffee place. I didn’t even go to the all ages pool because they were always busy. Also there were lines to take the elevator. The cleaning crew would come at the end of the day to clean the room, sometimes at 5 pm. The pressure with the water in the shower was very weak. I guess they didn’t want you to stay too long in the shower."

"Could not even stay at this resort, the customer support from the front desk to the look of the hotel was one of the worst experiences i've ever experienced in my entire life. The photo of this beautiful pool is NOTHING like what the resort looked like. The front desk would not let us check in one min sooner, or even place our bags with the front desk. The rudeness of the person I had spoken with at the front desk was like something I had never experienced. Also, the room they were having us stay at was 4 blocks away from the pool, the main motel, or any of the items listed on the room. I would avoid this Motel as much as possible! "
