"We stayed in room 911. Based on the Floorplan of the floor, it is the smallest room on the floor plate. It was disappointing that even though we were Expedia VIP Platinum status we were offered the smallest room. However, Trey at the front desk was helpful, and it was only two-nights. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle, the pool and gym were adequate. We would return if we needed something close to LAX. Thank you."

"A great hotel to stay at near LAX. The only problem is the shuttle is not reliable going to the airport early morning. If you are flying out on Southwest you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes. That is way faster then the shuttle from the hotel."

"Check in staff was very friendly, airport shutter was good, but every 30 minutes, breakfast was OK.
The fire alarm testing was very annoying from 9:30 to noon, they had a speakerphone on the wall in our room, you can hear all the conversation and the alarm, we flew 15 hour from Europe, it’s hard to relax in the room.
They did apologize and give us late checkout."

"Very nice Hot tub enjoyed it the heated pool was very enjoyable, I just didnt like how we had to wait for about 30 mins to even get a towel out to us. There is valet parking available here but if not you can park on the side street which I wish I knew before I booked it. The breakfast that comes with this hotel is a Joke .... They hand a menu with some good stuff on it but everything cost $25 and up.... The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the room does not smell good so Just Bring your...
