The kitchen staff was constantly filling and refilling the food items are they were going low. The air conditioning was great. You didn’t have to put it down too much to get a nice cool room! "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only reason I would not give it a full 5 stars is that the AC does not fully operate. You had to constantly restart the session, it’s very old school but it did not help cool the room as I’d like. Overall, parking was plenty. The location is perfect, right off the freeway and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. When you exit the parking lot you literally have a view of the Hollywood sign which I thought was pretty neat. The staff attending me well and they have coffee and tea in the front which was a nice little perk. The room was spacious. The building can definitely use some improvement as the floors kept cracking, but it really wasn’t that much of a bother. Like I’ve mentioned, the only thing that would have made this top tier for me would be better AC system. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good affordable price. "

"There are massive ventilation ducts running in a small space right in front of the bed, and they operate 24/7, creating extremely loud noise and constant vibration. The room itself is spacious and otherwise comfortable, but because of this, it honestly feels like trying to sleep on a factory floor. The fact that white noise machines and earplugs are already provided in the room makes it seem like this is a known issue. I’m not sure if all rooms are like this or if it was just mine, but it was unbelievably loud and uncomfortable. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had."
