"Front desk was not very friendly when the remote for tv didn't work , AC in room was very noisy when it was running, no live TV only streaming channels , was needing to get food was told that my dog had to go into the dinning area sense he is a service dog . I did not want to make a scene with him just wanted to eat . Chose to leave and find a different place to stay . I don't like to make scenes , just want to feel like im normal like others but medical reasons sometimes makes me different. Will never go back there."
"Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff at check in and check out. Room was clean and comfortable, parking was perfect. Outdoor grounds were clean and immaculate. My only concern was that there was no outdoor garbage receptacle.
Breakfast: arrived at about 9:30 to find no waffle batter left (not replenished), and sausage patties and bacon slices in refrigerator for me to nuke -- so I didn't. People who came closer to 10:00 had slim pickings. Sad.
Overall though, a really nice place with good value. Glad I stayed there."
"Hotel staff were very friendly! No elevator but staff offered to help carry luggage upstairs. Room very clean. We had jacuzzi room and it was very clean. Bed was comfy and room spacious. Will stay there again! Close to restaurants and shopping."
"When we first entered our room, our AC was off and it was over 80 degrees in there. We turned on the AC, but it just wouldn’t cool down. We eventually got a hold of the front desk, and they gave us a different room which was nice but it was a big pain moving everything over. Service was slow in the restaurants and when we needed something from the front desk. We went to the pool, and it was filthy. Dirty towels and cups were scattered. There were no clean towels available. The shower in the room is built poorly. The water just leaks out from the door. There was garbage under a chair and something on the door knob so the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bar was so short staffed on a Friday night. The one worker was doing his best. This place had the appearance of a higher end hotel, but the service and cleanliness says otherwise. It’s too bad, because it’s a beautiful building. We were very disappointed."
"My husband and I spent 2 nights at this property. I gave it a “poor” rating due to the fact that housekeeping never cleaned up our room, nor emptied the garbage (which was very full), and did not leave fresh towels. Could we have said something- sure but when you leave the hotel at 8 AM and don’t return until 9 PM housekeepers are all gone."
